 Food Handling license

Hi, Can anyone tell me who needs a food handling license, restaurant owner? food preparer? I'm a little bit lost...help. Thanks confused2.gif

 Depends on where you are.

California may be different than Kansas. It may vary from county to county. Your local Heath Department will have the best answer.

I don't know where you are, but in Michigan you need one person per shift in the kitchen who is serve-safe certified.  As mentioned before, your best bet is to contact your local health department.
