 Want to play?

Im looking into getting into another restaurant oportunity.  First question is what are the the cons to having a second restaurant.  I know the pros to it (more money)!  I dont have a partner and really dont want one.  My restaurant right now is doing pretty well atm even better then last year.  Like Kaff has said he is not buying into the recession either.  The restaurant was orginally a Chinese buffet.  Almost everything was removed from the place other than a huge 3 compartment sink a huge wok cooking stove thing and a small built in salad bar. So the bigest con is having to fully stock it with equipment and furniture.

Heres the game the name of the place is BAMBOO GARDEN BUFFET.  they are seperate letters mounted on a light box so i can rearange the letters the way I want.  I like to see what you guys could come up with no matter how funny it is.  Ive been stressing out about this so i could use a good laugh.  Thanks.

I was going to go straight to the Garden Buffet.  I mean, what's NOT to love about that name?

Give 'em what they want. Just make it better than they expected.

 ROTFLMAO

Thank Kaff that was awsome.  Can't wait for the guys to finish cleaning the hood so I can go home and show the wife.  I will try to shield her eyes before that last one.  LOL no I won't she get a kick out of it.\

Being a master of the archaic and a lover of linguistics, I tip my hat to you, Cory.

Gusii is a Bantu language spoken in Kenya, specifically in the Kisii district in western Kenya.

Ciao,

Give 'em what they want. Just make it better than they expected.
